Learn to craft effective GenAI prompts that support knowledge work. You’ll discover how to create prompts that improve your writing and help generate and develop ideas. You’ll also learn techniques to assess the accuracy of outputs from Large Language Models (LLMs), such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and others.
This course is designed for self-paced learning, with no interaction with an instructor or other learners. Since the course’s purpose is self-enrichment, it includes formative evaluation but excludes summative evaluation.
I chose Google Classroom as the LMS because it’s free, although I fully recognize that the user experience and feature set that it offers is far from desirable. For example, the multiple-choice question type in Classroom does not have an option to provide feedback to the learner.
In a real-world implementation, I’d use a platform like Teachable or Thinkific.
Here are some tips to help you navigate Google Classroom’s user interface.
- Use the following link to request access to the course: https://classroom.google.com/c/NzM4MTAyNDkyNDcw?cjc=sutvee2
- Once you’ve gained access to the classroom, click on the Classwork button at the top of the screen, and you’ll be brought to the screen with all the modules.
- If there’s a lot of text information in a Material node (as opposed to Quiz or Assignment nodes), then you’ll need to scroll to the bottom to find the embedded video.
- The activities of modules 2, 3 and 4 require the student to make a copy of a google doc created by the author, so click on the Make a Copy button.
